چکیده
Jujube is a characteristic light-demanding fruit tree, but quality frequently degraded because of the weak light in protected cultivation facilities south China. In this study, black shade net was used to set three intensities artificially: no shading (0%, control, NS), moderate (45%, MS), and severe (76%, SS) investigate effect low on sugar metabolism jujube. Compared with NS, chlorophyll carotenoid contents shaded leaves were increased, while specific leaf weight decreased. A decrease sucrose content, rather than fructose glucose, main factor affecting content fruits. Low expression ZjSS2 ZjSS3 inhibited synthesis leaves, thereby reducing by 23.7% SS that NS. decreased 58.1%, which mainly caused down-regulated ZjSPS1. conclusion, accumulation treatment suppressed, associated differential transcription levels related metabolic genes. The study provides new insights into phototropic plants under environments, such as

Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) fruit is widely consumed as food and traditional Chinese medicine in Asian countries due to its potential effects for human health. To facilitate selection of the maturity stage providing optimum health benefits, jujube fruits were analysed at six stages of growth (S1-6) for triterpenic acids, nucleosides, nucleobases, and sugars by UHPLC-MS/MS or HPLC-ELSD methods. The...

Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) fruit is an important medicinal plant in Iran. The harvesting time is a crucial for jujube fruit quality. Several characteristics of jujube fruit when harvested at four development stages; white mature (light green), crisp mature (white-red), fully mature (red) and fully ripe (dehydrated brown) were evaluated. Fruit weight, diameter, volume, pulp to stone ratio, f...
